FAQ

What is the cheapest route?

A language course at a regional university or a bachelor's at a national one. All costs are on the Prices page.

How much money must be in my account?

SkyPlus recommends at least $16,000 (≈ ₩20M), usually at KDB Bank Uzbekistan with a 1-month statement. Some universities need more (Yonsei $25,000). It stays your money, not a fee.

Do I get a refund if the visa is refused?

The consular fee is not refunded. Tuition and service refunds depend on the school policy and the SkyPlus contract, agreed in writing up front.

What are restricted universities?

In February 2026 Korea barred 20 institutions from issuing new student visas for a year. We never apply to such schools.

Can I go without Korean?

Yes, start with a language course. Some degree programs are taught in English.

Can I work while studying?

Limited and with permission. Don't build your plan on it: cover tuition and living first.
